These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Allstate Solar LLC website at allstatesolarllc.com and related services. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to Terms
Allstate Solar LLC (“Allstate Solar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides solar sales, design, and installation services in Florida and Texas. Your use of this website, request for a quote, or submission of a financing pre-qualification form constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
The following terms are used on our website and in our marketing materials. Understanding these definitions is important before making a solar purchasing or financing decision.
Approved terminology
- $0 Down / No Money Down: Third-party financing may cover upfront installation costs for credit-qualified customers. You still pay for the system over time through loan, lease, or similar payments. Solar equipment and installation services are not free.
- Free Quote: A complimentary solar consultation and price estimate. Does not mean free solar panels, free electricity, or waived installation costs.
- Solar Savings / Lower Energy Costs: A potential reduction in utility electricity costs compared to your usage before solar. Results depend on system production, energy consumption, utility rates, fees, net metering rules, and financing terms. Not guaranteed.
Terms we do not use
To avoid misleading claims, Allstate Solar does not describe its products or services as “free energy,” “free solar,” “no-cost solar,” or promise to “eliminate” your electric bill. Solar panels, installation labor, and ongoing financing obligations involve real costs.
3. $0 Down and No Money Down Financing
When we reference “$0 down” or “no money down,” we mean that qualifying customers may finance all or part of a solar installation through a third-party lender or financing partner (such as GreenSky) without an upfront cash payment at signing.
- Financing is subject to credit approval and program eligibility
- Monthly loan or lease payments typically apply for the term of your agreement
- Interest rates, fees, and total cost of financing are disclosed in your financing documents
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all financing terms before signing
$0 down financing does not mean the solar system is free. You are purchasing or leasing solar equipment and services, with payment structured over time.
4. Solar Savings Claims
Any savings figures, bill comparisons, or production estimates on our website or in consultations are illustrative only unless expressly stated as a binding guarantee in a signed written agreement (which is uncommon).
Actual savings depend on many factors, including but not limited to:
- Your historical and future electricity consumption
- System size, orientation, shading, and equipment performance
- Utility rates, rate structures, and net metering policies
- Financing payments, loan terms, and any dealer fees
- Weather, maintenance, and grid availability
We do not guarantee any specific dollar amount of savings, payback period, or return on investment. Past customer results are not indicative of future performance.
5. Incentives and Net Metering
For most homeowners, the primary financial benefit of rooftop solar in Florida and Texas is net metering โ crediting exported solar production against your utility electricity usage according to your utility’s rules. Net metering policies vary by utility, rate structure, and program availability. Not guaranteed.
Florida
In addition to net metering where available, Florida homeowners may qualify for property tax exemptions on the added value of a qualifying solar installation. Eligibility and application requirements vary.
A conditional federal Section 48E Commercial Tax Credit may be available for certain third-party ownership structures (not a standard residential purchase credit). As currently understood, this credit may apply through December 31, 2027 provided construction begins by July 4, 2026. Ownership structure, entity type, and project details determine eligibility.
Allstate Solar does not promise a residential federal tax credit or a blanket “30% tax credit” for all customers.
Texas
As of the date of these Terms, there are no additional known state or local solar incentives beyond net metering where offered by your utility. Program rules and availability may change.
General disclaimers
- Allstate Solar provides general program information only and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice
- Consult a qualified tax professional, attorney, or financial advisor before relying on any incentive estimate
- Incentive and net metering programs change; we do not guarantee availability, amount, or duration of any program
6. Free Quote
A “free quote” or “free consultation” means we will assess your property and provide a solar proposal at no charge and with no obligation to proceed. It does not include:
- Free solar panel equipment
- Free installation labor
- Free electricity for the life of the system
- Waived permitting, utility, or financing costs
7. Financing and Payment Role
Allstate Solar is a solar installer and sales company โ not a bank or lender.
- For financed purchases, leases, or power purchase agreements, your payments are made to the financing partner or lender (e.g., GreenSky), not to Allstate Solar, unless your signed contract explicitly states otherwise
- For cash purchases, payment terms are set forth in your direct contract with Allstate Solar
- Pre-qualification through our website does not guarantee loan approval, rates, or terms
- Allstate Solar does not collect monthly loan or lease payments on behalf of third-party lenders
GreenSky and other financing partners are independent entities with their own terms, privacy policies, and lending criteria. See our Financing page and Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Customer Testimonials
Testimonials and reviews displayed on our website reflect the individual experiences of specific customers. They are not representative of all customers and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results, savings, installation timelines, or satisfaction.
